Who is responsible for your data

Your chart stays in your browser

The birth date, time and place you type in are used to calculate your chart inside your own browser. They are not sent to our servers. So we can show it to you again when you come back, they are saved only in that browser; you can delete them by clearing your browser data. The same goes for your card of the day.

What data we keep

• Anonymous counters: how many visits, charts, card draws and horoscopes there are each day and where visitors come from (for example, an ad). We don't store your IP address and we don't use cookies for this.
• If you leave your email so we can let you know about something (Hadoria+) or to get the free horoscope every morning: your email, the date, what you asked for, your sign if you chose one and your time zone (so it arrives at 7 a.m. your time).
• If you create an account: your email and, if you choose to save it, your chart (your name if you type it, birth date, time and place). To keep you signed in we use a technical session cookie, with no advertising or tracking.
• If you subscribe to Hadoria+: the status of your subscription (plan, dates) and the readings you ask for. Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see your card details.
• If you ask for a compatibility reading: the other person's birth details that you type in, used only for that reading. Please only enter them if that person agrees.

Why we use it, and on what basis

The counters, to understand which parts of the website are used (legitimate interest, with no personal data). Your notification email, only to tell you about what you asked for (basis: your consent when you check the box). You can withdraw it at any time.

Your account, subscription, readings, the reminders before each renewal and the personal horoscope by email, to provide the service you signed up for (basis: the contract). You can turn off the daily horoscope in your account. We keep records of payments to comply with tax law (basis: legal obligation).

The full readings, compatibility readings and personal horoscope are written by Anthropic's artificial intelligence, based on the planet positions we calculate. We send it those positions and your first name if you typed one; we do not send it your email.

How long we keep it

Notification emails: until we notify you, or 12 months at most. The daily horoscope email: until you unsubscribe with the link in every email. Your account, chart and readings: until you delete your account (the "Delete my account" button). Payment records: as long as tax law requires.

Who we share it with

Nobody, for advertising. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising. Technical providers only: Cloudflare (website and database in Europe), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI writing) and Resend (sending emails).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hola@hadoria.com. We answer every request, wherever you live. You can also delete your account yourself from your account page. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es), or to the authority in your own country or state.

Children

Hadoria is not meant for children under 13, and paid plans are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
